1. When the metal detector is in use, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the inlet and outlet of the metal detector to prevent the flap from being injured.

2. When the temperature of the material to be tested is too high, the parts in contact with the product will generate high temperature. During the operation, protective measures should be installed to prevent any high temperature points from being touched.

3. If the product is clogged, disconnect the main power supply of the metal detector and turn off the compressed air to remove the blocked product.

4. Before any maintenance and cleaning work, the material flow must be interrupted and the power supply turned off.

5. When not using the metal detector for a long time, be sure to turn off the power.

6. The controller can be installed at 10m in the detection position.
